These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") Puck Luck ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual who uses its services ("Member", "you") constitutes a legally binding agreement. Puck Luck is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform.

Members are solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Members are liable for all activity carried out through their account.

Puck Luck follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to ensure responsible gaming. Identity verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

If a withdrawal appears suspicious or there are fraud concerns, Puck Luck may place a temporary hold on the payment pending investigation. Once the review is complete and the transaction is verified, the payment will be processed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Puck Luck:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Use of false identity or fraudulent information.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools in gaming software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers or exploit the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Harassment or inappropriate behaviour toward other members.

Puck Luck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• If required by a court order or legal obligation.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months), following prior notification.
• If the member submits a self-exclusion request.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance will be returned via the pre-designated method (excluding bonus balance).
